TVR Car Club France

Will there be a TVR Stand at the Expo this Year in November.

Well,
with no replies i take that as NO TVR EXPO this Year.
The only interrest seems to be in modern Tivs.
Not like the TVR Club in UK with lots of support in Classic models.
Someone in the UK even gave me a set of Bumpers for my 1976 3000M free and he paid for the Postage .
Now that's what i call a true Club.

The club was exposing at Lorient during many years. Last time it was in 2019 with the Gilet Jaune having animated the event.
I'm not really up to date regarding this but I guess that due to the cost and the engagement needed, this is a past story.
And yes, the TVR Car Club in UK is a big club, with thousands of members. We are between 50-100 members in France, so this is not the same scale. And we are always keen to help members who want to organise meetings or events.

Je ne suis pas vraiment au courant à ce sujet, mais je suppose qu'en raison du coût et de l'engagement nécessaire, c'est n'est plus d'actualité.
Et oui, le TVR Car Club au Royaume-Uni est un grand club, avec des milliers de membres. Nous sommes entre 50 et 100 membres en France, ce n'est donc pas la même échelle. Et nous sommes toujours prêts à aider les membres qui souhaitent organiser des réunions ou des événements.

By the way, I was in Morges yesterday, one of the biggest meeting for English cars on the continent (if not the biggest), with usually around 1500 cars. We have seen only 10 TVR, 3 Chimaera, 1 Griffith, 1 T350, 3 model S, 1 3000M and a Vixen.

This is sad that nothing is done in 2021 at Lorient, but the truth is that what was done before was extraordinary.

true it's sad if no TVR Stand at Lorient this year.
In 2019 i was on the Club Lotus Stand with my 1972 Lotus Elan Sprint.
In 2018 i was with my 1978 TVR 3000S on the TVR Stand.
In 2017 i was with my 1975 TVR 1600M and 1978 3000S on TVR Stand.
The energy in the past was our friend Wilfried with Christophe.
I think it's time for someone else to organise the TVR Stand.
I admit i'm only in the TVR Club UK but am ready to help people on the French TVR Club Forum.
Please don't forget Classic TVRs.

We don't forget classic TVR and we are all very happy to see some joining us during our events .

Et comment as tu trouvé la Chim immatriculée à Zurich en LHD avec son intérieur JAUNE pétant ??? Perso j'aime pas !

J'ai pris une photo de l'intérieur, j'essaierai de faire un post sur le forum. En fait c'est plutôt sympa, un bleu très foncé dehors et ce jaune avec ce même bleu à l'intérieur. Si tu me donnes le choix entre la blanche intérieur rouge/brique et celle ci, je n'hésite pas une seconde (et même entre la mienne ultra-classique et celle-ci). Et je crois d'ailleurs que c'est la blanche qui vient de Zurich et la bleue qui vient du Tessin .

No problem i have French Nationality like you (i hope ).
Back to subject,
the Expo Kerpont/Lorient contact is "ARSP" who as usual are organising as from the start.
Size of stand is 7 metres by 4 metres and price is 125 Euros . So a little more than one membership in TVR Club France for one Year.
The expo has returned to it's original venue at the Car Sales Hall Auction Building. Date 20th and 21st Nov.
