TVR Car Club France

I have visited the DRIRE who seem to be in a world of there own and do not accept any EU Directive. I refer to (2007/C 68/04) that clearly states that any checks carried out by another EU member should not be duplicated. Therefore it is no need for me to pass via UTAC who will only carry out the same tests as already done by the VCA UK.
The directive clearly states that they should accept the whole type approval which in viga is the same as an EU on general tests, but is only for small production numbers.

When I see what is on the road in France I have to smile that they do not accept a TVR.

Even Dacia (Renault) use a TVR in there pub on telivision joke or what.
